In 8 to 12 Weeks you will become a pro in knowing how to Lose Weight and Keep It Off! You will know what it takes to lose Fat and not just Pounds, You will know how to make the best food choices and most importantly, you will not be alone. Each participant is assigned to a Wellness Coach who will work with you on an individual basis to support and guide you.
To access materials for each week, a password will be given during each session.
