Starting  back in January,  twenty five  ladies have joined a challenge to  change their lifestyle, to improve their nutrition and to lose some extra pounds with fun and motivation! Each Participant in the program was assigned a wellness coach that helped with developing a personal meal plan, each week the participants met for a quick weigh in and nutrition class.  Participant were encouraged to lose 1 -2 lbs a week and were taught healthy ways to lose weight and keep it off in additional the classes included handy information about reading labels, cooking  and exercise.   The cost of the program is $40  to join for the 12 week program and the money goes towards the prize pot, the more folks we have the bigger is the prize pot.  Here are the results of our last challenge, new program is starting in May .
